The subtleties of gin and the bite that you get from tonic water compliment each other so well that it’s hard to imagine a duo that satisfies you better. But that’s where our cocktails’ ‘craft’ aspect comes in. We elevate the traditional G&Ts with a rosemary infusion to give the old favourite a completely new taste dimension.
We use tonic water that is a step above mass-market tonic water because we do not want a mixer loaded with sugar to dilute the solution and distract from the gin and tonic flavours themselves. The InACan G&T also uses rosemary sprigs and a generous amount of lime to tie the whole drink together.
